On the 15th of December 2020 Prologis handed over their newest facility Eindhoven DC4 (the Netherlands) to XPO Logistics Europe. A 40,000 sqm state of the art warehouse fitted with the WELL Gold Certificate and Breeam Outstanding Design Certification. The DC has also been nominated for the BREEAM Award 2021. Met Inspiratie created the creative concept: ‘A Brilliant New Perspective’ and promo for this futuristic and sustainable DC. We gave this brilliant piece of logistics architecture a fresh and illuminated signature. Setting new standards for logistics real estate.
